
Government Programs Compliance Analyst

Basic Function
HCSC is looking for a dynamic individual to join its Corporate Compliance team! This position is responsible for supporting HCSC Government Programs Compliance in gathering, analyzing, trending and reporting on data; monitoring corrective action plans, supporting Government Programs related training and communications, assisting with monitoring sales activities and other activities. The incumbent will support the Corporate Compliance Debarment team to comply with federal and state mandated regulatory requirements for debarment screening and monitoring activities enterprise-wide. NOTE: this role is TELECOMMUTE; sponsorship will not be offered either now or in the future.
Required Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business OR 4 years’ direct data analysis experience.
Two (2) years of experience in the administration of Medicare or Medicaid.
Ability to manage priorities of multiple stakeholders and multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience analyzing data to find trends to manage regulations and requirements.
Strong organizational, decision-making and analytical skills.
Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations.
Experience overseeing/managing projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
PC proficiency to include MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Workday.
Preferred Job Qualifications
Strong analytical and research skills around debarment in healthcare or financial services.
Expertise in Power BI with strong data modeling.
Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).
Compensation: $55,900.00 - $123,500.00
