Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative – UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no-touch cleaning equipment.
Drive a company-owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day, and lift and carry equipment into and out of customer accounts.
Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts.
Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and proactively problem-solving.
Clean and maintain the equipment and vehicle interior.
Build rapport with customers serviced through assigned routes.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must meet DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to the first day of employment, candidates must:
Have an active driver’s license.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Obtain a DOT medical certification.
Provide documentation of previous employment.
Meet physical requirements of the position.
Hold a high school diploma, GED, or military service.
Demonstrate strong customer service orientation.
Show self-motivation and teamwork drive.
Exhibit a positive attitude with ambition, organization, and service spirit.
