Field & Customer Service Specialist
We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Field & Customer Service Specialist to bridge the gap between our client's office operations and on-site projects. This hybrid role is designed for a multitasking professional who excels at managing administrative workflows, such as CRM and financial tracking, while also visiting local job sites to ensure seamless communication and project quality. Candidates require a valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Required Skills

Organizational skills

Experience with QuickBooks, WordPress, and Go High Level or CRM systems

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to engage in constant motion and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

Customer & Office Coordination:

Manage all inbound/outbound calls and inquiries while maintaining the master job calendar to ensure consultations and site visits are scheduled accurately.

Financial & Contract Management:

Process customer payments within QuickBooks and utilize WordPress and DocuSign to prepare and execute client contracts.

Field Liaison & Documentation:

Visit local job sites to document construction progress, capture necessary updates, and report back to the office and the client.

Lead & Project Tracking:

Utilize CRM software to track the lifecycle of every lead and project, ensuring that all communications and status changes are recorded in real-time.

Schedule
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5pm

Salary
$16-$22/hr
