FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

We have an opening for a full‑time FLOOR TECHNICIAN position.
Location:
7080 New Buffington Road, Florence, KY 41042
Schedule:
Full time. Sunday – Thursday 10:00 pm – 6:30 am.
Pay:
$20.00–$21.00 per hour.

Job Summary
Summary:
Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.
Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of principles of hard‑surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures on hard floor care (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing).
Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large areas of floor surface.
Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
