Responsibilities

Own the ISO segments and go-to-market strategy.

Develop and execute a multi-year product roadmap that aligns with divisional goals while maximizing segment profitability and market share.

Maintain deep understanding of R-values, thermal performance standards, and competitive ISO/insulation offerings, and develop quantified value propositions that clearly differentiate our ISO line from mineral wool, EPS, or competitive ISO brands.

Design sales tools, technical training, and marketing content that drives lead generation and simplifies the complex technical benefits of ISO for contractors and specifiers.

Author business cases and product requirements for the next generation of ISO products (e.g., improved facers, fire‑rated cores) and lead cross‑functional teams through the stage‑gate process from concept to commercial launch.

Execute comprehensive launch plans, including volume forecasting, market testing, and conducting internal/external educational seminars on the benefits of ISO systems.

Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to prioritize process improvements, cost‑reduction initiatives, and margin enhancement through strategic pricing and mix management.

Represent the company at industry trade shows (e.g., IIBEC, IRE) and participate in PIMA or similar technical committees.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Civil preferred), Business, or Marketing. An MBA is highly desirable.

Minimum 3 years in product or channel management within a manufacturing environment.

10 years of progressive experience in Engineering, Technology, or Sales roles.

Experience in Polyisocyanurate (ISO) insulation or related building envelope materials is a must.

Demonstrated success in taking a building material product from concept stage through full‑scale market launch.

Strong financial acumen and ability to drive margin improvement through value‑based pricing and portfolio optimization.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; a natural ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a fundamental understanding of chemical/polymer‑based building products.

Ability to travel approximately 25% for site visits, customer meetings, and industry events.
