Position Summary
As a Senior Client Services Representative - Healthcare Operations at Cedar Gate Technologies, an IQVIA business, you'll be at the heart of our exciting growth journey in Bundle Solutions! You'll create innovative workflows, document essential processes, and turn bundle definitions into powerful system configurations. This hands-on role is perfect for someone eager to dive into healthcare claims workflow analysis while collaborating with software development, implementation, IT, and claims operations teams. Working together, this team ensures a smooth client onboarding experience for all by meticulous testing plans, leading vibrant discussions with new bundle clients, and fostering creativity and teamwork among stakeholders. With your strong analytical and design skills, you'll tackle various value-based care requirements, and the management team will look to you for visionary insights on workflow direction and project implementation. Roles & Responsibilities
Inspire the Value-Based Care Operations team by serving as a business leader and process expert, ensuring the successful design, documentation, and configuration of new bundles and their associated claims workflows.
Translate process updates and refine strategies to guarantee a smooth transition to claims administration.
Create use cases for all testing phases related to new value-based clients.
Execute regression testing and user acceptance testing, working with claims staff
Lead new initiatives for operating new value-based arrangements by collaborating with Product and Development teams throughout the software development life cycle.
Enhance and create claims-related tools to empower operational staff, ensuring efficient and effective usage in their daily tasks.
Experience / Qualifications
At least 4 years of analysis experience working for a healthcare company is required, with some experience in healthcare claims highly preferred
2 or more years of experience with healthcare data transfers required
2 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar project-based delivery work is required
Strong mathematics and reasoning skills to solve complex problems effectively.
Communicate with clarity and confidence, tailoring your message to connect with any audience.
Engage in professional discussions to convey information with impact and influence.
Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of diverse solutions, making informed and decisive choices.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Capitation or Value-Based Care experience is preferred
Prior experience using Cedar Gate Technologies software, especially EZ-CAP is preferred
