Overview
The American Arbitration Association (AAA) seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Filing Specialist to support the intake of arbitration and mediation case filings. In this role, you will:
Review new case filings to ensure compliance with AAA policies, due process protocols, and documentation standards.
Accurately input case information into our case management system, scan and index documents, and verify data with colleagues and case owners.
Respond to filer inquiries, resolve incomplete submissions, and communicate AAA procedures clearly and professionally.
Create and maintain customer accounts, ensure confidentiality of case data, and elevate complex issues to management.
Assist with research and data maintenance projects, while participating in team meetings and training sessions to support continuous improvement.

This position offers a remote work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned office location. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location.
Compensation
Charlotte, Miami, San Antonio: $48,000 — $51,000
Atlanta, Buffalo, Dallas, Fresno: $51,000 — $54,000
Houston, Johnston, Minneapolis: $51,000 — $55,000
Chicago, Philadelphia, Voorhees: $54,000 — $57,000
Boston, Los Angeles: $56,000 — $59,000
New York City, San Francisco: $60,000 — $63,000
This position is also eligible for quarterly performance-based incentives.

Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience
0–2 years of administrative experience in a client-focused corporate or legal environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn case management systems
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
Strong verbal and written communication skills to support both client and internal interactions
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to data security protocols
