Lead Business Analyst
Insight Global is seeking a lead business analyst sitting remotely in LATAM to join a large financial services client. We are looking for a seasoned subject matter expert responsible for driving analysis, solution design, and delivery across complex, high impact initiatives within a global asset management environment. Operating at the intersection of technology, data, and investment domain expertise, this role provides advanced analytical leadership, partners closely with investment analytics team on the business side and the other engineering teams, and ensures that solutions align with business strategy, regulatory needs, and enterprise technology standards. This resource will lead discovery efforts and translate intricate investment management processes into detailed functional requirements and solution proposals. This involves working closely with business partners to understand their objectives and company's technical direction and develop a technology strategy that supports these goals. You will manage or oversee the implementation of new applications or enhancements to existing ones, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements while collaborating with various stakeholders, including technology teams, business units, and external vendors, to ensure successful implementation of application strategies. This involves contributing to resource planning for analysis workstreams and functional technology needs while leveraging deep subject matter expertise across investment management domains, with a broad understanding of how upstream/downstream systems interact. It is important that you have the ability to support integration initiatives involving APIs, ETL processes, and cloud based data platforms and guide Sr analysts/cross functional teams through the entire project lifecycle: requirements, refinement, planning, UAT, and go live. You will serve as a mentor to junior and mid level business analysts, providing coaching on analysis techniques, documentation quality, and stakeholder engagement. Provide informal leadership on project teams, helping define best practices for analysis and workflow design. This position requires working EST hours 8:00am-4:00pm with the compensation ranging from $30-$35/hr based on years of experience.
