Client Service Representative
We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team supporting VCA Yucca Valley Animal Hospital and VCA 29 Palms Animal Hospital.

As the face of the hospital, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for every client interaction and plays a key role in building trust, supporting patient care, and ensuring smooth daily operations across both locations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer servicegreet clients, answer phones, and guide visits
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to support hospital flow
Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and client communication
Clearly communicate services, recommendations, and fees; process payments
Maintain accurate medical records, charts, and client correspondence
Support a clean, safe, and organized hospital environment
Work collaboratively with veterinary and technical teams
What We're Looking For
Experience in veterinary, medical, or high-volume customer service required
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable discussing services, recommendations, and fees with clients
Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
Willingness to work across both Yucca Valley and 29 Palms locations
Schedule
Full-time
Alternative Workweek Schedule working 4-10 hour days
Flexible schedule required, including potential weekends
Position supports two hospital locations
Compensation
$17.00 $19.00 per hour, based on experience
