Job Duties
Lead coordination of new part introductions and engineering changes for launch programs
Partner with program, engineering, and supply chain teams to align supplier lead times and launch phases
Analyze BOM and MBOM data to support accurate demand planning in SAP
Provide runout reporting and manage BOM effectivity dates for engineering changes
Track launch readiness, milestones, and implementation timelines
Collaborate with suppliers to support on-time and in-full delivery performance
Maintain accurate SAP master data and planning system settings with Material Master teams
Monitor and escalate risks, delays, and issues impacting launch timelines
Skills & Experience
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience
2–4 years of logistics, material planning, or supply chain experience in automotive or manufacturing
2+ years of project management experience
MRP or ERP system experience
SAP experience
New product introduction experience
Product lifecycle management experience
BOM and MBOM data analysis experience

Microsoft Project experience
Jira experience
Smartsheet experience
Microsoft Office experience
