HVAC CSR / DISPATCHER

Job Responsibilities:
Manage incoming service calls and dispatching technicians efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring they FEEL GOOD INSIDE about their experience
Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate records
Assist with billing and invoice processing
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Proficiency with computer systems and software
Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
