Responsibilities
Lead design teams and assist with team development focusing on business development responsibilities in the Rock Hill area.
Cultivate new client relationships in dynamic markets for transportation/municipal projects to position for growth of our business in the Southeast market.
Utilize your expertise on transportation or municipal project management.
Responsible for planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management.
Lead junior staff and promote the growth of their technical skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
Licensed Professional Engineer.
10+ years progressive experience in civil engineering, including municipal and/or transportation infrastructure.
Experience and enjoyment of managing and mentoring staff.
Experience with project management, proposal development, and business development.
Strong working technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Strong active listening and team building skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Experience in Rock Hill, York County, and surrounding area a plus.
Legally authorized to work in the US.
