Key Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end surgical scheduling
across multiple surgeons
Manage
pre-certifications, insurance verification, and medical necessity
Coordinate
equipment, implants, and vendor needs
Prepare and validate
surgical documentation (orders, H&P, charts)
Communicate
benefits, estimates, and patient financial responsibility
Resolve scheduling issues proactively and collaborate across teams
What You Bring
2–5+ xywuqvp years in
surgical scheduling / OR coordination
Strong knowledge of
insurance workflows, CPT/ICD coding
Experience managing
high-volume, complex cases
Excellent communication and multi-system proficiency
