Ross Stores - 2101 Broadway Avenue - Responsibilities: Maintains a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft and maintain a secure environment; Greet customers with eye contact and a friendly demeanor; Identify suspicious behavior and communicate theft indicators to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention; Assist in minimizing operational shortage by educating associates on shortage reduction initiatives; Support Loss Prevention initiatives and adhere to company policies and best practices
