Expert Strategic Initiative Officer

Location: NGA Washington (Springfield, VA) Clearance: Active TS/SCI
Position Overview: The Expert Strategic Initiative Officer leads the planning, implementation, and governance of the NGA GEOINT Certification Program. This role serves as the central coordination point for certification policy, workforce planning, accreditation, and strategic engagement with NGA and Intelligence Community leadership.
Required Skills:
Strategic planning and workforce program management
Certification program governance and accreditation compliance
Ability to lead enterprise initiatives and coordinate across multiple organizations
Experience preparing planning, programming, and budgeting documentation
Strong executive communication and leadership engagement skills
Experience:
Minimum 7 years experience developing GEOINT tradecraft competencies and workforce development initiatives
Minimum 5 years experience leading credentialing program management functions
Experience supporting certification program accreditation and policy compliance
Certifications:
Institute for Credentialing Excellence Certified Credentialing Specialist (required)
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Education, Human Capital, or related field
Education Substitution:
Additional relevant experience may substitute for formal education requirements.
