Responsibilites
Manage full lifecycle of provider credentialing and privileging
Obtain and maintain hospital privileges for providers ( physicians /APP)
Coordinate state licensing for providers
Prepare NP/PA agreements
Liaison with hospital staff offices
Maintain credentialing records
Ensure compliance
Requirements
Bachelors Degree
3+ years' credentialing experience
