HVAC Service Dispatcher
Location: St. Louis, MO | Full-Time
We're working with a well-established mechanical contractor in the St. Louis area that's looking to add a Service Dispatcher to their team.
This is a key role supporting daily operations, keeping technicians scheduled, and making sure service calls are handled efficiently from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing:
Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls and installs
Coordinate daily service operations to keep jobs moving efficiently
Track technician progress and keep customers updated on status
Adjust schedules in real time based on urgency and availability
Coordinate parts and equipment deliveries to job sites as needed
Maintain accurate records of service calls, notes, and reports
Support invoicing, data entry, and general service admin tasks
Handle service-related inquiries and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
What They're Looking For:
Experience in dispatching within HVAC or mechanical service
Strong understanding of service scheduling and field operations
Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication skills with both field teams and customers
Comfortable using scheduling software and standard computer systems
Someone who can handle pressure and keep things moving without dropping details
