Crossing Guard
Location: West Hollis/Pine
Reports To: Plant Operations
Work Year: 2025-2026 School Year
Salary: $18.24 per hour
Principal Duties:
Part-time position working 2-4 hours per day
Responsible for the safe movement of school children across city roadways
Traffic control at designated crosswalk
Safe movement of school children across travelled portions of city roadways at designated crosswalks
Performing all duties at designated post at designated times
Reporting and recording any unusual activity in the area of such designated post
Reporting and recording any child's injury while on duty
Reporting and correcting unsafe conduct of the children while on duty
Performing other such duties as designated by the Assistant Director of Plant Operations
