Provide general contracting work for Louisville & Surrounding areas. Provide quotes for clients and complete the work with great attention to detail. Correspond efficiently with your customers and colleagues.
Excellent customer service, Time Management, Building code familiarity, Current driver's license/insurance, Have tools, work vehicle, references, Contractors need liability insurance & Workers' Comp, Access to your own smartphone/Internet, Some Saturdays are required.
**Proficiency in at least (5) five of the following:
Carpentry
Bathroom Improvement & Remodeling
Kitchen Improvement & Remodeling
Painting, both inside and out
Drywall Work: Patch, Repair, Caulk
Small plumbing & electrical
Floor installation and refurbishing
