Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for our Spring Hill facility. The role involves performing corrective and preventative maintenance on machinery, systems, and some facilities maintenance. You will be working on industrial equipment such as conveyors, Fanuc robots, and PLCs, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Your primary focus will be on responding to equipment breakdowns and minimizing production downtime, particularly with robots, rehoming or touching up points, and addressing electrical faults.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical components of conveyors, carriers, lift assists, and automated tooling.

Replace or repair motors, bearings, belts, couplings, and mechanical fixtures.

Perform equipment alignments and calibrations.

Read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder logic.

Troubleshoot and repair low-voltage and high-voltage systems.

Identify and replace fuses, relays, sensors, solenoids, and wiring.

Safely isolate equipment using Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Navigate HMI panels for basic troubleshooting and resets.

Understand fault codes and interpret alarms.

Support PLC-controlled equipment to maintain production.

Support robot-based bonding, dispensing, or welding applications.

Execute and document preventive maintenance routines.

Recognize early signs of equipment wear or failure.

Use predictive tools like vibration monitoring and thermal scans.

Maintain documentation for audits and traceability.

Proficiently use hand tools, power tools, multimeters, torque wrenches, etc.

Handle basic facility tasks like dock doors and compressed air systems.

Conduct structured troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Communicate effectively with team leads and engineers.

Essential Skills

Experience with automation, Fanuc robots, PLCs, robotics, and maintenance.

Skilled in mechanical systems and troubleshooting.

Electrical troubleshooting and safety knowledge.

Familiarity with HMI and PLC interfaces.

Basic knowledge of robotic cells and automation.

Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.

Work Environment
Work in a modern, non-climate controlled facility with cutting-edge equipment. We offer flexible hours with shifts that may vary based on production needs. Candidates will be hired for either the 1st shift from 5 AM to 3:30 PM or the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 1 AM. Occasional Saturday work is required to align with production schedules.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring Hill, TN.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 – $35.00/hr.
