Supply Chain Project Lead
Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom, Dallas, TX, United States
Position
Supply Chain Transformation & ERP Integration Support
Project Tenure
Long Term Contract with option to convert (Project Planned Through July 2027)
Overview
Join as a pivotal member supporting a comprehensive Oracle Cloud migration and transformation initiative. Rather than a short-term engagement, this opportunity invites someone ready to invest in a journey spanning several years, ideally with an interest in a permanent future role post-project.
Role Objectives
Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Transformation leadership to drive end-to-end execution across various streams such as Order-to-Cash, Master Data, Logistics, Supply Planning, and Customer Service.
Function as the essential link bridging supply chain operations with departments including Commercial, IT, Quality, and Finance, guaranteeing synchronized efforts throughout.
Take ownership of project progress tracking – monitor targets, anticipate and elevate risks, and handle dependencies. Ensure stakeholders deliver on agreed actions, going beyond simple event planning.
Safeguard documentation integrity – manage and update all essential materials (e.g., process diagrams, requirement records, decision lists).
Play a hands-on part in readiness – produce training content and transition guides for users adopting Oracle and Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
Support day-to-day continuity by temporarily covering critical supply chain processes when needed to free up key decision-makers for transformation priorities.
Demonstrated involvement in a significant ERP deployment (especially Oracle Cloud, SAP, or NetSuite), ideally in a hands-on or coordination role.
Strong grasp of interdependent business processes within major ERP platforms, particularly order, logistics, and service workflows.
High degree of self-direction—proactive and capable of driving results with minimal oversight.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or closely related discipline.
3–6+ years’ experience managing projects or working within dynamic and multi-faceted supply chain environments.
Preferred Attributes
Direct background in Consumer Packaged Goods, or substantial exposure to regulated sectors such as Pharma or Healthcare.
Working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Informatica for master data, or Anaplan.
Consulting experience advantageous, but not essential.
Strong skills producing process standards, operating procedures, and instructional content.
