Real Property Specialist (Asset Management Support)
in Columbia, SC.
Responsibilities
The Real Property Specialist shall review the database of record for all 81st RD real property assets and note any discrepancies or errors for Government review.
Required Experience & Skills
Three (3) years' experience in real estate and asset management techniques, as well as Army (or DOD equivalent) real property management procedures and policies.
Must be able to utilize Microsoft Office programs.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance
Current favorable, or eligible for a National Agency Check with Inquiry (NACI) clearance, in accordance with AR 38067.
Valid Driver's License.
*Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
*Please note that telework arrangements are subject to change based on customer requirements.
