Overview
We are seeking an experienced Government Contract Proposal Writer to develop clear, compliant, and compelling proposals in response to federal, state, and local solicitations.
This role is responsible for analyzing RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, coordinating with subject matter experts, and producing high quality narrative content that aligns with evaluation criteria and win strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead proposal development from kickoff through submission, manage content libraries, ensure compliance with solicitation requirements, and maintain version control and deadlines.
Collaborate with capture managers, pricing teams, and technical staff to translate complex solutions into persuasive, customer-focused proposals.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in GovCon proposal writing.
Strong understanding of FAR and agency-specific requirements.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with proposal tools and style guides is preferred.
