BKV is hiring for a seasoned
Midstream Regulatory Compliance Specialist
to join our EHSR team and play a critical role in ensuring pipeline safety and regulatory excellence across our midstream operations.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident working directly with regulatory agencies.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a key liaison with
PHMSA, TRRC, and other regulatory bodies
Lead
compliance audits, inspections, and reporting
Interpret and apply
DOT (CFR Title 49 Parts 192 & 195)
regulations
Support incident investigations and regulatory responses
Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and field teams
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in
midstream/pipeline regulatory compliance
Strong knowledge of
DOT/PHMSA regulations
Experience with
OQ programs, audits, and agency interaction
Familiarity with
Texas Administrative Codes (Ch. 8 & 18), TRRC, TCEQ, OSHA
Self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills
Location:
Fort Worth, TX (in-office)
Travel: Up to 20%
