The Maintenance Manager owns uptime, equipment reliability and overall operational performance by leading and sustaining a proactive, structured maintenance system. This role drives production output, cost control and delivery performance by improving equipment efficiency and ensuring maintenance execution is planned, consistent, and aligned with operational needs.
Primary Responsibilities
Build and sustain a proactive maintenance system
that delivers planned, predictable, and efficient execution (PM, planning, scheduling)
Eliminate repeat failures
by driving root cause problem solving and permanent corrective actions
Ensure effective coordination with operations
so maintenance supports production goals without disruption
Identify and reduce equipment risk
by proactively addressing current issues and preventing future failures
Own MRO inventory and spend
to ensure parts availability while controlling cost and avoiding excess
Ensure contractor performance and accountability
to meet company standards for safety, quality, and execution
Maintain accurate and usable maintenance data
to drive decisions, planning, and continuous improvement
Own performance of the Rental Equipment operation , ensuring availability, readiness, and turnaround meet demand while maximizing resources utilization
Establish and enforce standard work
to drive consistency, efficiency and execution discipline
Own safety within maintenance , ensuring safe work practices are followed, reinforced and sustained
Drive continuous improvement
in equipment performance, reliability and overall operational efficiency
Own projects end-to-end ; scope, plan, coordinate resources, execute and deliver results on time
Build and maintain strong working relationships
with vendors, contractors, other facilities teams and project stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and execution
Take ownership of
additional responsibilities as needed
to support facility performance and business needs
