GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES
The Concessions Supervisor position for ASM Global at the Pensacola Bay Center and Pensacola Saenger Theatre is responsible for providing excellent service to our event guests by supervising and supporting non‑profit groups running the concession stands. The work schedule is event‑driven and may require early morning, late night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Verify concessions stands are stocked and operationally ready for business prior to events.
Verify concession stand inventory/product prior to, during, and after events.
Work with concession stand groups prior to and throughout events by transferring in/out product, supervising the production of food items that are ready for sale, and verifying inventory counts as the event progresses.
Enforce and ensure all stand workers practice ServSafe food handling and safety procedures.
Responsible for the completion of setup, as well as prep, opening and closing duties as assigned by the F&B Manager or designee.
Adhere to company and state guidelines when serving alcohol and alcoholic beverages.
Maintain a professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic.
Understand and be capable of ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively work with volunteer groups and organizations to provide the best possible experience at concession stands.
QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to communicate well, in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
Detail oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with varied groups and individuals.
Ability to operate industry related equipment.
Ability to exercise judgment and initiative in addressing and completing assigned tasks.
Have demonstrated knowledge of industry terms and the ability to operate industry related equipment is a plus.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED required.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Experience using point‑of‑sales systems preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
ServSafe Certification must be obtained and maintained.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Walk for duration of shift, stand, bend, kneel, climb stairs and maneuver throughout the various areas and surfaces of the venue.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds to chest height, or occasionally more with assistance.
Work inside and outside the building, as needed, and may be exposed to adverse conditions.
Must be able to hear and speak to use a two‑way radio.
Must be able and available to work extended shifts, when needed, which may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
