As a Business Development Manager specializing in Tubes, you will drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role is hybrid and offers a chance to make a significant impact in a fast‑paced and rewarding environment. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in tube packaging to drive growth and expand our footprint across North America.

Description
Drive new business development within tube packaging markets (laminated, plastic, aluminum preferred)
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across personal care, cosmetics, oral care, and related sectors
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, sampling, pricing, negotiations, and contract closure
Partner with internal teams (technical, operations, quality, and supply chain) to deliver customized packaging solutions
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
Represent company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account plans

A successful Business Development Manager - Tubes should have:
A proactive and self‑motivated approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
Minimum 5-10+ years of B2B sales experience in tube packaging (strong preference for laminated tube experience)
Proven success selling into CPG, personal care, cosmetic, oral care, or pharmaceutical brands
Strong network of brand owners, contract manufacturers, or converters within packaging
Demonstrated ability to sell value‑added, technical packaging solutions
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
Job Offer
