Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution
Oversee procurement, contracts, and cost control processes
Lead client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures
Identify risks and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project management within commercial construction
Proven experience managing ground‑up and/or renovation projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
Experience with design‑build and/or construction management delivery methods preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
