
AI Product Manager

Responsibilities
Define and own the product roadmap for AI-powered BI and analytics tooling, including LLM-assisted querying, natural language reporting, and predictive analytics features
Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and BI teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI applications across the analytics stack
Translate complex ML and AI capabilities into intuitive, scalable product features that non-technical users can leverage daily
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tooling – including generative AI, copilot-style interfaces, and agentic workflows – into our analytics infrastructure
Champion responsible AI practices including model transparency, fairness, and explainability
Work closely with internal stakeholders to embed AI where it drives the most analytical value
Track adoption metrics and success criteria for all AI-enhanced analytics products
Requirements
Senior level product managers (at least 6+ years) with experience directly working with AI/ML technologies in data analytics for at least 2+ years
Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, LLMs, generative AI, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, dbt)
Experience evaluating and integrating AI vendors, APIs, or foundation models into product workflows
Strong analytical mindset and comfort with ambiguity in emerging technology spaces
Ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders effectively
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
