We are seeking a 3rd to 5th-year M&A and Corporate Associate to join our team. This role offers direct client exposure, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to work across a broad range of transactions.
What You’ll Do
Support and lead components of private company mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, ancillary transaction documents, and corporate governance materials.
Manage and conduct legal due diligence, prepare disclosure schedules, and coordinate with specialists.
Handle venture capital and private equity financings, including term sheets, financing documents, and cap table reviews.
Provide day‑to‑day corporate counseling to startups and established businesses on governance, structuring, commercial matters, and compliance.
Work closely with clients and internal teams with real ownership of workstreams.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of law firm experience in M&A and general corporate work.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills, and experience managing deal processes.
Comfort working in a fast‑moving transactional environment with direct client interaction.
Practical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to run workstreams with limited oversight.
