CCM Lead Consultant Quadient Introduction: As a CCM Lead Consultant specializing in Quadient, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of customer communication management solutions using Quadient Inspire Suite. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and create personalized and effective communication strategies. Responsibilities: Design and develop customer communication management solutions using Quadient Inspire Suite Create and customize document templates for various communication channels (PDF, print, email) Extract and merge data using XML and JSON for personalized customer communications Utilize JavaScript and SQL scripting for data manipulation and integration Integrate Quadient solutions with CRM systems, enterprise applications, and APIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members Requirements: Required Skills: 8 years of IT experience 4 years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Suite Strong experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM) Experience with document composition and template development Proficiency in data merging using XML and JSON Hands-on experience with JavaScript and SQL scripting Experience integrating Quadient solutions with CRM systems, enterprise applications, and APIs Preferred Skills: Experience with DocuMerge or other document generation frameworks Knowledge of scalable and automated solutions for customer communication managementbfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca
