Description
Develop project control plan, estimate, budget and WBS structure.
Track and monitor forecast at completion, incurred cost and budget. Provide variance analysis and explanation.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure engagement with the project progress, changes, highlights, and issues. Communicate the status and issues with the execution and construction team.
Proactively report cost status and efficiently communicate any risk and mitigation plan.
Update actual progress, project milestones, and completion dates.
Implement Earned Value Management. Ensure accurate CPI and Earned Value curve are reported.
Implement change management. Initiate PCOs, Trends and AFE revisions. Support on the supplemental funding request.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Post-secondary education in engineering or construction.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or project controls.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with a minimum level of supervision.
Ability to communicate and interact effectively in a team environment.
Computer skills using Oracle, Power BI and Microsoft Office products specifically Excel.
