Fleet Operations Coordinator
for a
Contract
position with a client located in
Santa Clara, CA . We are looking to add an additional site logistics contractor to support our data centers.

Pay Range: $40/hr - $45/hr on W2
(The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. )

Role Overview
The
Drive Operations Coordinator
supports and leads daily Drive Operations Center and vehicle operations activities. This role oversees vehicle fleet operations, driver coordination, reporting, training, and cross-functional collaboration. The Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant vehicle operations while supporting ongoing operational and engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle & Fleet Operations
Operate and manage Drive Ops vehicle
check-in/check-out processes
Conduct
SSD/ZAM operational processes
Monitor and supervise vehicle fleet activity using
Webfleet
Coordinate
vehicle service and maintenance needs
Support
test track operations , NCAP equipment, and facility management
Perform installation and setup of
plug-and-play vehicle sensor suites
Driver & Operations Coordination
Assist Drivers, QA, and Software teams with vehicle operations tasks
Coordinate
driver scheduling and data collection
Mentor, train, and support drivers on operational processes
Ensure a
Safety First
approach across all activities, including:
Daily execution
Incident response
Mission planning
Schedule adherence
