Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m.
Positions Supervised: None

POSITION SUMMARY: This position coordinates the movement and distribution of supplies and materials for as a shared service for the Beusa Family of companies. Expected to handle the entire delivery process of products by scheduling both inbound and outbound shipments and constantly monitoring them to make sure each product arrives on time.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "May.")
Coordinate daily logistics for the operations and warehouse teams.
Plan and schedule inbound and outbound transportation for well sites, yards, and vendors.
Respond to any issues or complaints.
Manage heavy haul and oversized load shipments.
Communicate with trucking companies, third-party logistics providers, and internal operations teams.
Track shipments in real time and proactively resolve delays or issues that could impact operations.
Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA and state-specific transportation regulations.
Support cost control by negotiating rates, optimizing routes, and reducing non-productive time.
Enforce company safety policies and promote a strong safety culture across all logistics activities.
Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
Ensuring that requested goods are delivered to the appropriate requester on time.
Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services, as necessary.
Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful platform operation, development, and business continuity.
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Successfully passes background check, pre-employment drug screening, and any pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
Proficiency in spoken English language.
Position requires in-person, predictable attendance.
Valid U.S. Driver's License required. Employment is contingent upon meeting company driving standards, including an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
High School diploma required. An equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
2-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain operations or related field required.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES:
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask efficiently.
Knowledge of Oracle.
Great communication skills.
Critical thinking abilities.
Problem solving skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Experience working with electronic data.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience supporting multi-well pad or large-scale fracking operations.
Prior field-based logistics or dispatching experience.
Knowledge of oilfield routes and permitting authorities.
Associate degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
