Responsibilities
Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and ornaments.
Clean rooms, corridors, lobbies, halls, bathrooms, corridors, elevators, staircases, dressing rooms, and other work areas.
Sweep the floor.
Vacuum carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, and curtains.
Remove dust from furniture and equipment.
Polish metal carpentry.
Wash walls, ceilings, and carpentry.
Wash windows, door panels, and window sills.
Empty trash bins; and empty and clean ashtrays.
Transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
Replenish bathroom supplies.
Perform other assigned tasks.
Requirement
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN FLOOR WORK in removing old wax, scrubbing and applying vinyl floor finish, carpet extraction, pressure washing, and floor machinery.
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN CLEANING.
Must be flexible to help with other cleaning duties.
MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.
Must be able to READ ENGLISH.
Must be able to PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK, DRUG TEST, AND DRIVERS LICENSE.
Must be over 18 years old.
Must have personal transportation to travel in the area.
Must have a valid Florida drivers license.
Must have a clean driving record.
