We are currently expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team in an entry-level Business Development role. This position offers hands-on training and a clear path for advancement into leadership.
Position Overview
This is an entry-level, face-to-face business development role where you will work directly with business owners to present and explain service solutions.
No prior experience is required - we provide structured training and ongoing mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with business customers to discuss service options
Present telecommunications solutions in a professional setting
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses
Participate in daily training sessions and team development
Track customer interactions and performance goals
