On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic sales professional to spearhead their expansion within the German market.

As a Business Development Manager, you will champion a cutting-edge portfolio of smart building solutions, including:

Intelligent Intercom Entrance Terminals: High-end hardware designed for secure and seamless building entry.

Intelligent Intercom Indoor Terminals: Sophisticated in-home units that serve as the central hub for resident communication.

Intelligent Access Control Terminals: Robust security systems engineered for precision identity management.

Video Phones: Advanced multimedia communication devices for residential and commercial environments.

Intelligent Intercom App: A mobile ecosystem that extends security and connectivity to user smartphones.

Main customer scenarios include the implementation of full-scenario intelligent intercom and smart home solutions for residential, commercial office, elderly care and medical care, etc.

Impact You’ll Make

Strategic Sales Planning: Design and implement regional commercial tactics that align with broad corporate milestones to guarantee the hit of all revenue benchmarks.

Channel Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing distribution partners, fostering robust, long-term alliances while identifying and activating secondary and tertiary sales channels.

Key Account Acquisition: Drive the growth and retention of major direct accounts within the territory, utilizing multifaceted prospecting techniques to secure new business partnerships.

Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research to harvest vital data regarding industry trends, competitor movements, and regional market shifts.

Skills We’re Looking For

Execution & Drive: A high-energy professional with a deep enthusiasm for international commerce and a proven track record of meeting objectives.

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and Chinese; must possess the ability to bridge communication gaps between the regional market and headquarters effectively.

Trade Expertise: Deeply familiar with the entire business processes of international commerce, including foreign trade documentation and logistical workflows.

Regulatory Knowledge: A strong grasp of the specific policies, trade conventions, and legal frameworks governing the international and German markets.

Global Perspective: We value candidates with a strong background in international business environments and the ability to navigate diverse corporate cultures.

Work Setup

Location: Germany (Remote / Home Office).

Organizational Alignment: Reporting directly to the Sales Director.

Employment Model: permanent, full-time contract via our local contract partner.

Travel Expectations: Occasional travel is required, primarily within Germany and the broader DACH region, based on business demands.

Interview Process: Initial screenings will be conducted online. Subsequent stages may include an in-person meeting in the Stuttgart area, depending on the Director's travel schedule.

Mandatory Requirements

Professional Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in B2B sales or business development within the technology sector.

Industry Focus: At least 2 years of frontline experience specifically within the security industry, IoT, or smart building automation.

Academic Minimum: Bachelor’s degree.

Linguistic Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese (C2) + German (C1/C2).

Mobility: Full willingness to undertake business trips across the region.

Technical Core: Must be familiar with the entire processes of international trade operations and the associated documentation.

Remote Setup: Ability to work autonomously in a remote/home-office environment while staying aligned with global headquarters.

Bonus Qualifications

Specific Verticals: Prior success selling intelligent intercom, access control, smart home, or advanced communication systems.

Local Network: Possession of an active portfolio of local German distributors or key account contacts.

Strategic Experience: A background in mid-to-senior level sales with a history of building regional sales architectures from the ground up.
