Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Restoration Operations Manager to lead our production and restoration team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving both team performance and profitability. What You’ll Do
Lead and manage all restoration and production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability
Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation across all active jobs
Supervise Project Managers, Crew Chiefs, and Technicians in field operations
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and properly documented
Conduct daily operational meetings and regular field inspections
Review job files for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
Monitor key performance metrics such as cycle time, labor utilization, and job profitability
Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and performance management
Maintain organization of equipment, fleet, and warehouse operations
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company protocols
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency
Develop and mentor team members to reach their full potential
Additional Responsibilities
Step into field roles when needed to support operations
Assist with after‑hours needs, including emergency and storm response
Support large‑loss projects and logistics planning
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in restoration, construction, or a related field
3+ years of leadership or management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Experience with industry tools and documentation systems is a plus
Relevant industry certifications are preferred
High school diploma required, college degree preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role is primarily office‑based but requires regular field involvement. Field work may include:
Lifting up to 50 lbs independently (100 lbs with assistance)
Standing, walking, climbing ladders, and working in active jobsite conditions
Exposure to varying environments, including heat, noise, and airborne particles
Use of safety equipment, including respirators when required
Schedule & Travel
Monday through Friday, typically 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Additional hours, evenings, and weekends as needed
Primarily local travel, with occasional overnight travel required
