Developer Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned

RPA Migration Architect

with deep expertise in

UiPath

and

Microsoft Power Automate

to lead the migration of a large portfolio of automation processes. This role will be instrumental in evaluating, redesigning, and transitioning automations of varying complexity—from simple email and Excel tasks to advanced workflows involving legacy systems and dynamic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end migration of 70+ RPA processes from UI Path to Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud).

Assess automation complexity and feasibility for migration, categorizing processes into low, medium, and high complexity.

Redesign high‑complexity workflows to align with Power Automate capabilities and best practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and constraints.

Develop architecture and governance standards for Power Automate implementations.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to RPA developers and business analysts.

Troubleshoot compatibility issues with legacy/custom applications and unstable UI elements.

Ensure robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms are in place post‑migration.

Required Qualifications

8+ years

of experience in RPA development and architecture.

5+ years

of hands‑on experience with

UI Path , including orchestrator, selectors, and advanced workflows.

3+ years

of experience with

Microsoft Power Automate , including Desktop flows, Cloud flows, and connectors.

Proven experience in migrating RPA solutions between platforms.

Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL‑500).

Experience with governance and COE setup for RPA.

Background in software development (.NET, Python, or Java) is a plus.

Experience with process mining and optimization tools.

Strong understanding of business logic, conditional flows, loops, and exception handling.

Experience integrating with external systems via APIs and connectors.

Familiarity with legacy and custom‑built applications and their automation challenges.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
