Stakeholder Management: knowledge of concepts and techniques for identifying, engaging, influencing, and monitoring relationships with stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Budget Administration: knowledge of principles and practices of budget administration and analysis.
External Awareness: keeps up‑to‑date on policies and trends that affect the organization.
Landscape Architecture: knowledge of concepts, theories, and practices used in planning, designing, and adapting outdoor features.
Transportation: knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road.
Transportation Engineering: knowledge of concepts, principles, theories, and methods applicable to planning and constructing transportation systems.
Equivalent to those typically gained by post‑secondary education in urban, regional, transportation, or landscape planning; and/or experience involving design of research projects, setting standards, or coordinating planning contributions of lower‑level planners or agencies in environmental, transportation, or community development.
