Position Summary

The Coordinator - Facility/Corporate Services is responsible for arranging office accommodations, monitoring and ordering supply inventory, coordinating floor safety such as fire drills, and handling building issues that may arise.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

Daily packaging of mail to other office locations.
Handling building issues such as copier toner replacement and paper jams, arranging maintenance and repairs for building appliances, and controlling office climate (e.g., A/C, filtration, etc.).
Responding to employee badge and key requests.
Overseeing the front desk.
Arranging ergonomic accommodations.
Monitoring and ordering office and kitchen supplies.
Coordinating fire drills and acting as floor warden.
Ability to effectively and accurately convey information to others.
Performs related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
2-4 years’ experience in a facilities role required (e.g., mail room, inventory monitoring, and/or building maintenance).
Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs required.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Working on-site at assigned office location.
Regular and punctual attendance adhering to schedule established by leadership.
Flexibility to work occasional adjusted work schedules, overtime, and evening and/or weekend hours to meet deadlines or as business needs demand.
Working in a cubicle hub, maintaining focus on phone calls in a noisy environment within earshot of multiple other conversations.
Sedentary work in a stationary position at a cubicle for prolonged periods of time.
Constant repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls.
Constantly communicating effectively verbally in English, including accurately exchanging information with others following identification of correct procedures.
