About the Role
As a hands‑on Service Manager at Goodyear Fleet Service Centers, you will serve as the bridge between fleet owners, managers, and other associates. You will provide outstanding customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and prioritize safety. Your responsibilities include scheduling the team, managing service appointments, billing, point‑of‑sale software interaction, and documentation, while delivering quality work on time.

$25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Shift options:
4‑day work week (9 PM–7 AM) or 5‑day work week (9 AM–6 PM)

Mandatory Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience
Valid driver’s license
Minimum age of 18 years

Preferred Qualifications
Automotive service sales experience
Automotive service experience
ASE certification
What You Will Learn
Perform line technician services, routine inspections and maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem solving, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, and tire installation
Document all work performed on the repair order
Report any safety issues immediately to management
Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care
Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation
Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting
