Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator supports daily operations within the warehouse and repair department by ensuring efficient organization, accurate handling of shipments, and timely coordination of deliveries. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting repair workflows, and assisting with logistics planning both internally and with external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the repair department and warehouse team in maintaining organization and workflow efficiency
Receive, unpack, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments in designated warehouse bin locations
Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Coordinate deliveries and pickups, including transporting items when required
Manage delivery and drop-off logistics for repair items to and from external vendors
Track shipments and ensure timely movement of goods between departments and locations
Assist with inventory organization and basic tracking as needed
Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (if deliveries are required)
Forklift certification preferred
Ability to lift and move packages (typically up to 50 lbs)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Basic communication and problem-solving skills
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Logistics Manager
