Customer Support Rep (CSR)
This is a Customer Support Rep (CSR) position is responsible for providing direct support to all assigned Account Executives, Marketing Associates and customers. As a CSR the goal is to assist and help resolve all customer needs as quickly and accurately as possible. Must have a willingness to help with their work first & help others as needed; stay calm when difficult situations present themselves, will not give up when things get hard Must be able to work
