Inventory Control Supervisor

Sheetz - - Responsibilities: Define, monitor, and communicate measurable performance goals via regular feedback and annual performance reviews.; Coach direct reports to maximize development of internal talent.; Audit the daily workload, functions, and tasks of the Inventory Control / Warranty & Returns team and validate completion of all assigned tasks.; Supervise cycle counts and all adjustments made to inventory to ensure accuracy and timeliness.; Research, assemble, and communicate the monthly inventory over/short report and other inventory audit reports.
