Environmental Services EVS Worker
The EVS Worker cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer, client, and patient satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Job responsibilities include adhering to established procedures to provide a safe working environment, performing cleaning and sanitizing of patient/resident rooms, cleaning restrooms following proper infection control procedures, accurately maintaining and cleaning housekeeping equipment, cleaning assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements, following procedures for storage and disposal of trash, transporting it to designated areas, reporting maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel, maintaining a friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, patients, and co-workers, securing the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required, ensuring security of company assets, and other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.

Qualifications include previous custodial experience preferred, ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions, and this role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
