Account Manager

At Gallagher, we're looking for an Account Manager to join our Employee Benefits team. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and tailored solutions. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to build strong relationships, deliver results, and contribute to our shared success.
How you'll make an impact:
Be the go-to person for your clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
Lead the renewal process, working with our production team to deliver the best solutions on time.
Strengthen client relationships and secure new opportunities by building trust and providing ongoing care.
Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the growth of our business.
About you:
Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Experience managing client accounts, ideally in employee benefits or a related field.

Compensation and benefits:
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
