In-Home Plumbing Sales Representative
Magnolia Heating and Cooling is seeking a motivated and customer-focused In-Home Plumbing Sales Representative to join our residential team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys work performance environments, building relationships, solving problems, and closing sales in a consultative environment.
Requirements
Convert unsold HVAC, and plumbing estimates into closed sales.
Execute structured follow-up via phone, text, and email.
Use consultative selling to address objections and present solutions (incl. financing).
Drive revenue recovery through upselling, cross-selling, and memberships.
Manage and prioritize a personal sales recovery pipeline in CRM.
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and field teams for seamless execution.
Track and optimized performance (conversion rates, ticket size, cycle time).
Maintain strong customer focus, communication, and professionalism.
Meet targets while adhering to SOPs, compliance, and quality standards.
Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly manner
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Familiarity with CRM systems
Strong closing skills and objection-handling abilities
