SpartanNash - 303 South Main Street - Responsibilities: Provide courteous guest service in person or by telephone; answer incoming calls to the retail store and direct calls to the appropriate department and assist with guest questions in store; Operate cash register to itemize customer purchases and assist guests with self-checkouts; Process financial transactions including cash, checks, credit cards, food stamps, WIC, loyalty cards, gift certificates, rain checks, voids, and coupons; Maintain a clean and well-stocked department and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures; Notify department lead or manager of pricing or cash register issues
