This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team. The team consists of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more. This team supports all of Hilton’s unique brands! As a Manager Category Performance & Analytics, you will help enable performance visibility and strategic decision-making across the All-Suites and Focused Service (ASFS) category. Reporting to the Director, Category Management, this role supports category leadership by delivering data-driven insights, competitive intelligence, and performance analysis across nine brands: Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites, Home2 Suites, LivSmart Studios, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton, Tru, Spark, and Tempo. You will shape how the category defines performance, identifies opportunities, and guide action to improve business outcomes — spanning guest experience, owner value, commercial performance, development, and market share.
What you’ll do during a typical day:
Analyze category performance across metrics (RevPAR index, Stay Score, renovations, owner economics) and identify main causes and risks
Develop clear, actionable insights to support leadership decision-making
Build performance reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and performance vs. peers
Support important category initiatives through data analysis, research and business case development
Create executive-ready materials for monthly reviews, QBRs, and owner-facing presentations
Identify trends and opportunities across brands and surface insights that inform category strategy
Support strategy development and execution for category projects, including project management
How you’ll collaborate with others:
Partner with Category Leadership and Brand teams
Liaise with important functional partners including: Analytics, Customer Insights, Development, Brand Performance, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial
Support alignment between our teams by ensuring accurate performance insights
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
Five (5) years of professional experience in analytics, strategy, finance, consulting, or related field
Analytical skills to interpret complex data into actionable business insights
Experience working with large datasets and performance metrics
Experience communicating with senior executives through high‑impact PowerPoint presentations, while project‑managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives
It would be useful if you have:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field
Experience in hospitality or travel industry
Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools
Experience with competitive research and market analysis
